Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo who is from the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was made by Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. The daughter of Peter who is a professor, and Ilkay Silk, a prominent actress director producer playwright educator as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers her very first memory as being at play rehearsals with her mother. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still in the midst of her childhood. Silk was a graduate of St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced two of its first productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk relocated from Toronto in the year 1999 to Los Angeles within the decade following 1999. Silk met her spouse, Seth Cooperman, at an actor's training held in Los Angeles in 2007. They were engaged the year 2009 and wed in a civil ceremony in December of the same year. On April 10 2011 they renewed their vows in the Jewish ceremony in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk had a child named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13, 2013. Levi Aaron, her second child was born the 13th of May, 2016. Silk is known for her television role in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was nominated by the Gemini Awards. Her most notable role was as Bo Dennis, a succubus as seen in Lost Girl. Silk announced to the fans the joyous news that she had become pregnant on the set of the final episode of season 3 in an exclusive pre-show to promote Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase in an exclusive Season Three show held January 6, 2013, prior to the series' premiere. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 to announce that she was ready to return to her work. The 4th of June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially revealed the launch of production for the fourth season. CNN recognized Bo's performance along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most popular TV couples ever. E! voted it as the most popular TV couple of 2013. Entertainment Television.
